Madera Transition Project
p.c.i. also completed a year long rationalization of facilities for Canadaigua Wine Co.
Acting as the mechanical contractor and the project manager, p.c.i. relocated the entire champagne processing and bottling lines from Guild Winery in Lodi and three wine bottling  lines from Monterey Cellars in Gonzales.
The existing champagne process area in Madera was gutted and the new tanks and bottling lines from Guild Winery were incorporated.
Eleven bottling lines in Madera were either removed or replaced with new equipment.
Working closely with the new owner to minimize production disruption the project was completed in eleven months.
